Registration

Because of potentially more complicated travel arrangements, institutions from non-Baltic countries (meaning all countries except Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia) can register from October 20, 2009. Registration for all other institutions opens on November 1, 2009. It will be closed on November 30, 2009, or when the cap of 32 teams is reached. Please note that the institutional cap of 3 teams is applied.

Eligibility

All university students are eligible to participate in our tournament. Composite teams are allowed, but they  have to affiliate themselves with an institution for the purposes of the n-1 rule.

Fees

The registration fee is €70 per team and €30 for adjudicators up to n-1 (beyond that, eligibility and fees for additional (or independent) judges will be considered on a case-by-case basis taking into account their credentials). The fee covers accommodation in a three-star hotel on Friday and Saturday, dinner on Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday, free entrance to the party, and a considerable amount of free alcohol during the party.

Payment

You could pay via PayPal or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding the payment within 48 hours after your registration. Also, please note that registration is not finished until the payment is received.
