The Stockholm School of Economics in Riga is a leading higher education institution in the Baltic States in business and economics. Established in 1994 as a joint venture between the Swedish and Latvian governments it currently provides two degree programmes – the original B.Sc. programme and, since 2002, the SSE Riga Executive MBA programme – as well as various executive education activities. Being a branch of the Stockholm School of Economics and thus sharing its academic excellence, SSE Riga is consistently ranked by The Financial Times among the top 15 business schools in Europe.

SSE Riga is highly valued for its dynamic international learning environment. The school employs high profile academic faculty from Scandinavia, the USA, the UK and other regions while its students come from all three Baltic States.
